Haircuts for Horde?

1UP reports that World of Warcraft is getting a pre-Wrath of the Lich King patch, which will include the inscription profession and barbershops.

Which is good because there are a lot of fugly toons out there. I'm not sure a haircut can help them, but it certainly can't hurt.
